The sunny weather is gradually spreading, and now I washed the rug I was laying 🎵 in the cloud-free blue sky, so I think it will dry safely at this point. Hello

The sky is clear 🎵 In the morning, small birds were singing vigourously. Today, I have a lot of sleepiness due to muscle pain & side effects of the medicine. At times like this, I feel more refreshed by drinking thicker sencha than drinking coffee. My favourite is brown rice tea with matcha and delicious sencha. My mother likes tea, so I drank it with her. ( I sometimes can't sleep when I drink sencha at night.). Some people may have clear eyes and can't sleep when they drink coffee, but in my case, it's tea. There was a time when I used to drink black tea frequently because I loved it, but recently I drink coffee the most frequently in tea, coffee, and black tea. And the beginning of today is also coffee 🎵 I have a feeling that today will be a good day just because it's sunny and pleasant. The flowers and trees in the garden and the home garden began to bloom little by little from the other day. I will spend the day having fun today. Uh-huh.

Yesterday, I made a dish using seasonal spring cabbage. Unlike winter cabbage, spring cabbage has soft leaves. Personally, I think both cabbages are delicious. Today is the day I want to skip making Okazu. At that time, my saviour is three dishes: Gome Inari Sushi, Chirashi Sushi, and Cooked Rice. And as a result of worrying, today it's cooked rice. I wanted to make Inari sushi so much that I was worried about chirashi sushi in March, but it was on hold and it became April. However, there are only a few days left in April. I have all the ingredients, so I can make it anytime. What I want to make now because of the vinegar rice connection is hand-made sushi and thin rolls. I don't dare to make Ehomaki and Taimaki because it's harder to eat than to make. What I'm worried about making is bread and sweets. What kind of bread should I bake next?
